Carolyn Plummer. God help us. Some comics rely on the monumental events of the day or the faux pas of the rich and famous. Not Carolyn. Carolyn pulls material from the hum-drum, day-today monotony of the life of everyman. And she does it well. To Carolyn the monumental is easy…it’s our existence that’s so hard, yet so ridiculous. Some women look in the mirror and complain because they aren’t pretty enough, not rich enough, not young enough. Carolyn gives her reflection the finger. The third child of a Congregational Minister and an “aloof” home maker mother; “aloof”? She’s clueless; her favorite band is Blootie and the Hoefish.” C.P. Carolyn learned early on that she could lament or she could make fun. See her once and you’ll quickly figure out which path she chose. And you’ll laugh. Possessing an uncanny ability to introspectively pull from places most of us hide, Carolyn puts a nail through the heart of whiners, self-loathers and the self-sorry of the world and makes the average seem hilarious and larger than life. Most of all, Carolyn’s twisted perception of our common existence leaves audiences hysterically shaking heads in agreement with her assessment that the world is indeed a very funny place.
He’s come a long way from the nights of frying up mozzarella sticks in the back room of an obscure comedy club in the Boston suburbs. He was a college student, using that part-time job to study the craft of stand-up comedy by catching glimpses of the performers on stage.Today, Steve Bjork is a polished veteran of the highly competitive Boston comedy scene with crisscrossing tours of the country under his belt. His material is intelligent; sometimes absurd, and always accessible, but first and foremost it is funny. What truly sets him apart from the teeming crowd of today’s comedians is that you never have to ask Bjork to work ‘clean.’

Christine Hurley loves what she does…making people laugh! Married to Jimmy Hurley and having five kids, Christine is never at a loss for comedic material.Like any great comedian, Christine has an innate ability to see humor in "everyday" situations. For years, she entertained family, friends and neighbors in their kitchens, at barbeques and the grocery store aisles. The only difference now is she uses a microphone and a stage.Christine’s maiden voyage into the world of stand up comedy was an open audition in New York City. The television network Nick at Nite was looking for "AMERICA'S FUNNIEST MOM." She figured if it didn’t go well, no one in New York would have known who she was anyway…Turns out it went well! Out of thousands of entries, Christine was selected to be a finalist on the nationally televised show. The producers of the show included Carol Leifer (Seinfeld show producer), Jeff Singer (talent scout, Montreal Comedy Festival), Jeffrey Ross (Comedy Central roast master) and actress Sandra Bernhardt. Her stories and views on motherhood and marriage are exactly what everyone is living through…people get it and love it!
